5. What Data Do We Collect?

5.1 Subject to section 5.2, we collect data that is necessary to ensure your booking with us is successful. The data that we collect from you is stored on our local, password protected, regularly scanned (for Malware), secure server and regularly backed up.
5.2 If you send Us an email, We may collect your name, your email address, and any other information which you choose to give Us. We also collect geographic information via Google Analytics, and we also use Facebook Pixel which is subject to Facebook’s platform privacy policy.
5.3 We also collect data about your booking via our booking from where we collect your name, your address, your preferred contact number, your destination address and your e-mail address.

6.5 We do share your data with third parties for the purposes of maintaining and advertising our business and with other taxi/private hire companies, if necessary to assist us with your journey.

7.1 We only keep your personal data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 6, and/or for as long as We are instructed to retain it under the governance of the local authority which currently is a minimum of 6 months.
